Empowerment and Livelihood Development Initiative (ELDEI) is a not for profit organization established to provide skills empowerment to the less privileged and other vulnerable groups in the society which include, poor women, poor widows, youths, orphans and children so that they can become reliance and contributed to the development of the society.
ELDEI started from a humble beginning through the vision and initiative of Dr (Mrs.) B. O. Emede, a business development expert and Managing Director, Blessmon Global Event. She took the initiative to established this organization as a result of her desire and quest to empower the less privileged and other vulnerable persons in the society through diverse skills acquisition in order to contribute to the reduction of unemployment , insecurity, youth restiveness, sexual exploitation, poverty, and also to provide a bedrock for the trainees through micro finance scheme.

04: To source for grants, scholarship for the vulnerable groups to embark on skills acquisition training through open apprenticeship, starting them up in small scale business and seek employment opportunities for them.
